In recent years, we have been learning a great deal about what contributes to the quality of people’s life experiences. This is offering us a new appreciation of what influences and embodies well-being.

Well-being is a dynamic unfolding of interactions between environment, activity and psychological resource. High levels of well-being enable us to respond to difficult circumstances, to innovate and to effectively engage with our communities. Evaluating a person's well-being is a highly subjective practice, so partnering with a coach can offer you valuable feedback.
The Awaken Well-Being Program engages you with a broad array of wellness topics aimed at improving your overall health and life satisfaction. Condensed into 6 weekly modules that are offered in a self-paced format, you will learn about the 5 key areas of a healthy lifestyle, goal setting, habit change, willpower, motivation, commitment, self-care, meaningful vocation, food balance, cravings and tracking, fitness follow-through, body language, mindset, thriving vs depriving, positive partnering, environment, personal power, and more. Each module contains 14-21 pages of rich and relevant content, and ends with actionable to-do's. "Supported" includes three coaching calls, online chat.
