As a professionally trained and certified coach with 15+ years experience, it remains my goal to keep coaching costs flexible and affordable (on average about 20% less than my professional peers).
COACHING OPTIONS:
✔️ DIGITAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (most popular option): Flexible text-based coaching support that fits with your schedule, auto-charged via PayPal. You can also add paid calls to the Digital Subscription.
✔️ Package A: Three (3) coaching calls* per month, messaging between calls, and in-depth assessment
✔️ Package B: Two (2) coaching calls* per month, messaging between calls, and in-depth assessment
✔️ Package C: One (1) coaching call* per month, messaging between calls, and in-depth assessment
✔️ Package D: One (1) month of Digital Coaching (via weekly email or text) if you prefer the convenience and impact of written communication that you can refer back to

➪ To reach their goals, most clients work with a coach for a minimum of 3 months. However, if you are unable to commit to a 3-month partnership, we can find a way to work coaching around your busy schedule. Call or send me a message to find out how.
*For packages A, B and C, coaching calls average 45-50 minutes. I offer free messaging between calls to answer questions, provide feedback and support your growth. This is offered within reasonable limits. All package calls must take place within the applicable month, unless mutually rescheduled or otherwise agreed to.
What is the benefit of SMART Goal Tracking❓
The SMART Goal Tracker is an accountability Google sheet to organize goals and tasks between coaching sessions. You enter the date and description of each goal, followed by the details (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound) and any additional comments. The Client and Coach Comment columns facilitate dialogue and feedback on your progress. Email notification preference settings allow you to control the frequency of knowing when coach feedback has been posted. Knowing that a coaching partner will be periodically checking in on your progress helps to keep momentum and goals on track.
The AWAKEN WELL-BEING Program (supported or self-guided) engages you with a wide array of wellness topics aimed at improving your overall health and life satisfaction. Condensed into 6 weekly modules that are offered in a self-paced format, you will learn about the 5 key areas of a healthy lifestyle, goal setting, habit change, willpower, motivation, commitment, self-care, meaningful vocation, food balance, cravings and tracking, fitness follow-through, body language, mindset, thriving vs depriving, positive partnering, environment, personal power and more. The BE TOBACCO-FREE Program (supported) helps you to assess your readiness, reasons, triggers and mindset to develop a quit plan tailored to your needs. Condensed into 2 modules that are offered in a self-paced format, together we will explore your readiness and planning, managing triggers and cravings, setting reasonable expectations, learning from setbacks, enlisting support, relapse prevention and habit change that sustains cessation. Ambivalence is a normal and often catalytic part of the change cycle. As a certified and seasoned tobacco cessation coach, I will support you as you prepare for and engage in your new tobacco-free life! "Supported" also includes three coaching calls, plus online chat.
