How Does It Work?
As your Coach, I will partner with you via phone, text or email, often in biweekly sessions, to help you identify and achieve your goals. By focusing on your values and identifying realistic strategies to overcome barriers, I will encourage you to take action one small step at a time. Success means being your best, most authentic self, living with integrity, doing work and activities that you love, feeling both passionate about and content with your life, and nurturing loving relationships. Whether you want help reaching a specific goal, finding a career direction, recalibrating a relationship or balancing your life, I can help you get there faster.
I will ask you powerful questions that will help you focus on what is most important for you right now. With my experience in clearing away the clutter and energy drains that keep you from being your best, together we can address all aspects of your life: family, career, relationships, living environment, and your physical, emotional and spiritual health.
