Each of us needs support to reach our potential. From my 15 years of health and lifestyle coaching, I have synthesized best tips, tools and wisdom into two programs that are designed to help you launch a strong foundation for wellness and personal growth.
The Awaken Well-being Program (self-guided or supported) engages you with a broad array of wellness topics aimed at improving your overall health and life satisfaction. Condensed into 6 weekly modules that are offered in a self-paced format, you will learn about healthy lifestyle change, goal setting, habits, willpower, motivation, commitment, self-care, food balance, cravings and tracking, fitness follow-through, body language, mindset, thriving vs depriving, positive partnering, environment, personal power and more. Each module contains 14-21 pages of rich and relevant content, and ends with actionable "to-do's.
The Be Tobacco-Free Program engages you with a broad array of cessation topics aimed at shoring up your resources. Condensed into 2 modules that are offered in a self-paced format, you will learn about readiness and planning, managing triggers and cravings, setting reasonable expectations, learning from setbacks, enlisting support, relapse prevention and habit change that sustains cessation.
The Reclaim Resilience Program (COMING SOON) offers a deeper understanding of stress (how it helps, how it hurts), management and mindfulness strategies, and ultimately cultivation of a stronger and more adaptable and sustaining foundation.
