As a partner, sister, and mother of 5 who has lived and worked in Boston, London, Oregon, Hawaii and Maine, I feel blessed by human connection. As a curious explorer, I enjoy nature, ocean kayaking, yoga, dance, and listening to people's stories. Through all theses culturally-rich experiences, kindness, gratitude and humility have emerged as the values that drive both my coaching and the way I aspire to live my life. My enthusiasm for coaching is shaped by a natural curiosity in what propels each of us to reach our best and my sincere delight in collaborating with extraordinary people.
How can we be better stewards of our potential?
Our personal habits - emotional, nutritional, physical, cultural, and spiritual - are the foundation of our happiness, fulfillment and potential to bloom. While healthy habits support our growth, others can get in the way. However, prioritizing the alignment of our habits with our goals and values isn't as easy as it seems. The energy and reality of our inner and outer worlds can be both fascinating and frustrating. A coach can help you to clarify and cultivate your passions to enrich both your own life and our collective human fabric.
Kindness, integrity and wholeheartedness are indispensable qualities that, all too often, get eclipsed by the glitzy, overstimulating icons of the day. I work to help people slow down and listen, to others and to themselves, in ways that honor a commitment to living with intention. Over the years, the concept of "joining up" - compassionate relating that inspires growth - has become the foundation of a lifelong passion. Connecting with people to explore and embrace the subtleties of human interaction with kindness and a wider lens truly jazzes my world. As a vital human community, I believe we are called upon to connect and evolve TOGETHER.
Lifelong Learning:
In addition to my dual degree in mathematics and philosophy from Boston College, I have earned certifications in Health Coaching, Lifestyle Coaching and Birth Coaching, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Positive Neuroplasticity Training, and Tobacco Cessation. Integration of these areas of transformation enables me to offer a multi-dimensional perspective to my clients.
Qualities I honor in the coaching relationship are:
I view coaching as an equal partnership in which my primary role is to objectively guide and encourage your personal growth toward the healthiest version of you. Mindfully navigating the challenges that life change brings has provided me a broader perspective, valuable coping tools, a resilient spirit and the capacity to live my life with joy. With gentle intention, I am becoming the Curious Observer in my own life. My hope is to share these blessings in ways that inspire others.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. ~ Marianne Williamson, A Return to Love
